END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You may not distribute, rent, lease, loan, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer CyberTypicon2015 ("SOFTWARE"), or any subset of it. You may not alter the SOFTWARE in any way, including its help and text files. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

The user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE on one computer, for any legal purpose. Because of the nature of the handled data, the SOFTWARE uses a single database automatically updated, from time to time, through the Internet. No data will be transferred to or from the user computer other than the SOFTWARE data and the user CPU Identification.   

This SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. Rev. Peter Boutros will not be liable for any of your data or software losses, damages or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this SOFTWARE. Furthermore, Rev. Peter Boutros or his SOFTWARE distributors provide no support for this SOFTWARE.

Installing and using this SOFTWARE denotes the acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license, you must not download the SOFTWARE files and cease to use the SOFTWARE if already downloaded and installed on your computer.
